Paesano’s Catering Menu
All catering orders require 48-hour notice! We provide serving utensils for each entrÈe.
We do not offer eating utensils, plates, glassware or beverages.
We offer chafing dishes and sterno by request for $5 fee.
We do not deliver. Our catering hours are Wed-Sun from 4pm – 8pm.

Salads
❖ Paesano’s House Salad –$75.00 – Mixed greens topped with tomatoes, carrots and red onion. Choice of house-made red wine vinaigrette or house-made ranch dressing on side
❖ Classic Caesar Salad – $85.00 – Romaine blend with croutons on the side. House-made Caesar salad dressing on side
Entrees – 1 Full pan of fresh baked bread included with each hot entrée ordered
❖ Paesano’s Meat Lasagna – $325 .00 – House-made 13-layer favorite. Made with beef and pork
sausage layered with red sauce and plenty of cheese
❖ Vegetarian Lasagna – $250.00 – House made with 13 layers made with eggplant, spinach
seasonal vegetables and Italian spices
❖ Four Cheese Baked Penne – $200.00 – Penne tossed on our rich house-made red sauce mixed
with parmesan, ricotta, feta and topped with mozzarella
❖ Chicken Parmesan – $350.00 – Hand breaded baked chicken cutlets topped with red sauce and
mozzarella. Includes a full pan of spaghetti with red sauce
❖ Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli – $250.00 – Our house-made alfredo sauce
tossed with sauteed chicken and fresh broccoli
❖ Spaghetti and Meatballs – $250.00 – Spaghetti tossed in our house made red sauce and
topped with meatballs
❖ Mushrooms Ala Pesto – $200.00 – Fresh mushroom blend tossed with bowtie in a classic pesto
sauce with onions and sun-dried tomatoes
❖ Spinach and Cheese Ravioli – $220.00 – Jumbo raviolis tossed in our house-made rose sauce.
